Bustling and dynamic, melancholic and passionate – Buenos Aires reflects the many contrasts and the variety that defines Argentina. On the other hand, as an oasis for wine & adventure lovers, with impressive peaks on one side (Aconcagua and the Andes Range) and peaceful green vineyards on the other, Mendoza provides the perfect balance for those who like to combine intensity with relaxation.
Mendoza is an endless source of inspiring places. Being at a vineyard, walking through the rows with the fragrance of the grapes when they grow, and the Andes Range in the horizon, is like being in a fairy tale. It’s going to be our pleasure to help you to create your own adventure!

Arrival at the airport in Mendoza and transfer to the lodge. Time to relax.
After breakfast, we will start our trip to the Uco Valley, where we will be able to enjoy the vineyards and the beautiful landscapes of the area.
Description:
Located one and a half hour from the city of Mendoza, on the foothill of Los Andes mountain range, this area has the highest potential of development in Argentina’s wine industry.
Your host will pick you up at the hotel heading to the Uco Valley region. Visit and tasting at Pulenta Estate Winery. We will visit the winery, which has an amazing design, and taste the wines in a special room.
Then, we will visit the stunning project The Vines of Mendoza, a project that allows individuals to buy a vineyard and make their own wine. The winery is very modern. We will visit it before going to have our lunch.
At the same place, the famous Argentinian Francis Mallmann decided to open Siete Fuegos, an open restau-rant with an incredible view on the mountains, in great contact with nature, where the specialty is the Argen-tinian barbecue. Siete Fuegos literally means “seven fires” in Spanish. In this case, it describes seven different techniques of open flame cooking inspired by Argentine gauchos and European immigrants – tested and refined throughout 12,000 years of history. Francis Mallmann combines history and technique with his distinct taste and elegant style.
