Nevertheless, the ones chosen for this tour are among the bests, and we believe that they will definitively fulfill your expectations. These legendary trails will make any trekking lover feel like a kid in Disney!
This incredible city welcomes you. For its location is our gate of entrance to one of the most legendary routes for trekking in South America.
Full of history, art and great gastronomic options Cusco will surprise you. Acknowledged as the historic capital of Peru it has witnessed the ancestral magic of pre-Hispanic cultures and the arrival of the Spanish. You can’t miss visiting the American-baroque cathedral and having a Pisco Sour in the main square.
Our first stop will be the Sacred Valley. This amazing place will help us to acclimatize and get used to the high latitudes which not all of us are used to. Also, we will start getting familiarized with Inca Trails.
We will drive over the “Ccorao” pass above Cusco to descend on a winding road to the Sacred Valley of the Incas. From here we will hike one of the most outstanding Inca remains; the magnificent Citadel of Pisac. Its breath-taking location on a mountain saddle gives a unique overlook at the Sacred Valley.
After, we will pay a short visit to the colonial town of the same name with a quick stop at their famous Indian handicraft market.
As we drive next to the Urubamba River downstream we will get to Urubamba city; here we will visit the local food market and have lunch at a local restaurant nearby. Afterward, we will visit Ollantaytambo, considered the most authentic living Inca town. This town has never been abandoned. Since Inca times, until the present, it conserves its original urban layout and stone-walled homes. A guided walking tour through the extensive ruins and cobblestone paved narrow streets will make you feel like you are traveling back in time.
We will stay the night in the Sacred Valley.
This day we will travel by the local train until we reach km 104. There we will cross the hanging bridge above the Urubamba River. On the other side of the river, we register at the checkpoint and then visit the “Chachabamba” Inca remains A well-preserved Inca site next to the river. Afterward, we will star the original Inca trail to the beautiful Inca ruins of “Wiñay Wayna” or Forever Young. We will witness different Inca engineering along the trail, like a series of Inca baths that also helps pressurize water for efficient irrigation of the numerous agricultural terraces that produced food.
After lunch, we will continue on the Inca trail, one of the most legendary trekking routes in South America until we reach “Inti Punku” or Gate to the sun. From here we will have the first view of the spectacular city of Machu Picchu below us. Later, after enjoying the view, we begin to descent along the wide royal Inca road, we enter the mysterious citadel to enjoy a quick overview of the site and to spend some time wandering and wondering in the midst of its eternal beauty before we exit.
We’ll take the bus down to the town of Aguas Calientes where we will stay at the selected hotel.
Today we will be able to enjoy Machu Picchu. In the afternoon we will return to Cusco.
Today we will take a plane to Santiago de Chile, where we will be able to enjoy a big modern city, and get ready for our second part of the South America trekking tour.
After enjoying the morning in Santiago de Chile, we will fight to Puerto Natales. Here we will have a meeting to attend a technical talk and get your map of Torres del Paine. Torres del Paine is Cile’s National Capital of Trekking and one of the most legendary trekking routes in South America
Very early in the morning, we will take the bus to Torres del Paine National Park (2.5 hours). When arriving, we will start your first trek to the Las Torres Base Lookout Point. After admiring this amazing formation, we will return for dinner to the Central Sector. Here is where we will spend the night too.
Today we will walk around 13.5 km bordering Nordenskjöld Lake, Almirante Nieto Hill, and the striking Cuernos del Paine. Views of hanging glaciers, lakes, and the abundant local vegetation and wildlife will make you fall in love with this park. We will have dinner and sleep at the Cuernos or Francés Sector.
Today we will explore one of the icons of the circuit, the Francés Valley.
We will start early with a light hike to the Italiano Campsite. From there, we will begin the climb through the woods (about 2 km) up the Francés River Valley. We will continue to the Francés Lookout Point, where we will enjoy one of the most breathtaking views of the circuit, the view to the valley framed by the Hills Paine Grande, Catedral, Hoja, Máscara, Espada, Aleta de Tiburón, and Cuerno del Norte. It will leave you speechless. After this spectacle, we will begin the descent to the Francés Sector.
On this day, we will reach the third milestone of the circuit, a place that offers one of the most unforgettable scenes in the park, the magnificent Grey Glacier. The trail goes around the Paine Grande Hill, the highest peak in the mountain range (3,050 m), with incredible views of its hanging glaciers. Walking amidst Antarctic beech (ñirre), Dombey’s beech (coigüe), and Chilean firebush (not), we will reach the first lookout point of Grey Lake, where we will see floating pieces of the glacier. Then, we will return to the Paine Grande Sector and take the 6:30 pm catamaran that will take us to Pudeto. There we will meet the bus to go back to Puerto Natales.
In the morning we will take a bus from Puerto Natales to El Calafate. It takes about 5 hs. When arriving we will have time to walk along the lake, visit the Natural Reserve “Laguna Nimez”, or the Glaciarum, the ice museum.

Perito Moreno Glacier will take your breath. Today we will take an excursion to visit the park. Different activities can be enjoyed like sailing through Lago Argentino, Kayaking near the glacier and even trekking above it.
El Chaltén is the capital for trekking in Argentina, where Mounts Fitz Roy and Torre are. Its amazing views and spirit make it’s way to our ranking of the most legendary trekking routes in South America
To arrive in El Chalten we travel about 220 km from El Calafate, we take the mythic route 40 and then the route 23 enjoying wonderful impressions of the Patagonian steppe, along the Rio La Leona surrounded by the Lakes Argentino and Viedma, Viedma Glacier, and always keeping in the view the mountain range, we arrive at this magnificent tourist village where we will enjoy a fascinating experience.
El Chalten is an ideal place to practice trekking, especially as we approach Fitz Roy (Chalten), Cerro Torre, the glaciers Torre and the lagoons Capri, Torre and De Los Tres among many other, incredibly beautiful places.
For the people who don’t enjoy trekking that much there are also shorter trails and activities such as mountain bike, rafting, rock climbing, or even navigations.
Also, the town in dreamy and has many gastronomic offers and different types of accommodation.
There are different options for every traveling style. Almost every trail is self-guided, but you can also hire a trekking guide. The guide will not only show you the way but explain everything about the area: its fauna, flora, history and more!

After enjoying an amazing trekking day, we will go back to El Calafate.
After breakfast, we will start our excursion to this majestic area of the Andean Patagonia. The Upsala Glacier is one of the largest in Los Glaciares National Park. To sail through the Argentino Lake among icebergs and mountains and then visit Estancia Cristina is an interesting combination of nature, adventure, history, and pleasure.
This full-day program offers alternatives for those who prefer a quiet day of touring and history as well as for those who look forward to activities with adventure, like trekking and going on a four-wheel drive. The excursions that are surrounded by the Andes mountains, glaciers and Argentino Lake lead us to get in touch with a natural, unique, remote environment, with culture and lifestyle of the pioneers and the interesting relationship of them with famous explorers of the past century.
In the morning we will take the first flight to Buenos Aires. After getting comfortable in the hotel we will have a free afternoon to enjoy the area.

South America’s multicultural city that “never sleeps” offers possibilities for everyone: for those who love the nightlife it has shows and events almost at every hour, and for those who prefer a calmer rhythm it has corners that invite to walk through the world of Borges or a scenery recreated by a Tango song.
At night we can organize a Tango lesson, Tango Show and Dinner, and also a Wine Tasting.

A good sample for a traditional visit to the city could be the following one:
Downtown – We visit May Square, host of the most important political events of the country. May Avenue connects the Argentine Congress with the “Casa Rosada”, famous for its buildings that date back to 1880 – 1910.
San Telmo – It is the oldest residential district. The richest families of the city established themselves there since the 1600s. They suffered an epidemic of yellow fever and moved to the north of the city.
La Boca – The neighborhood boomed in the 1800s thanks to the port. The port was the government’s main source of tax revenue. It was the Heart of Argentina’s export-led economic boom (1850 – 1930). “Boca Juniors” football stadium is one of the two most famous stadiums in Argentina. “Caminito Street, the most famous street, due to its vivid colors, and tango atmosphere.
Puerto Madero – When the Yellow Fever hit La Boca, the city authorities decided to build a new port, which was named Puerto Madero, alter its designer. This expensive project was executed and shortly after its inauguration, it was abandoned, since the shallowness of the water obstructed the passage of the increasingly large ships. The docks of this port were abandoned for decades until in the 1990s, a major urban development Project transformed them into modern buildings, which are now a major attraction of the city.
Retiro – It is a major transportation Terminal and connecting point, especially for trains and long-distance buses. It Houses the tallest buildings of the financial and commercial center of the city.
Palermo – This residential neighborhood is known for its enormous parks. “Palermo Chico” known for its stylish residential mansions.
Recoleta – Its museums, cemetery and beautiful French style buildings make it the most distinguished neighborhood of the city.
