These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Beyond BA website and of the channels through which we communicate with you, including email, WhatsApp, Facebook and Instagram. By using the website or contacting us through those channels you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.

About us

Beyond BA is a travel company based in Buenos Aires, Argentina, that designs and operates private, tailor-made tours in Argentina, Chile and Uruguay. Our address is Uriarte 2363, Office 9G, Buenos Aires, Argentina.

Use of the website

You may use the website to learn about our destinations and tours and to contact us. You agree not to use it for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it, or to copy, scrape or reproduce its content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Information on the website

We take care to keep the information on the website accurate and up to date, but itineraries, prices, availability and descriptions are indicative and may change. Nothing on the website is a binding offer: a trip is only confirmed once we have agreed on a proposal with you and you have accepted it.

Inquiries, proposals and bookings

When you send us an inquiry we will prepare a personalised proposal. Any booking resulting from that proposal is subject to the specific conditions (prices, payment schedule, cancellation terms, included and excluded services) stated in the proposal and in the booking confirmation we send you. Those conditions prevail over these Terms in case of conflict.

Messaging through WhatsApp, Facebook and Instagram

We use the WhatsApp Business Platform and Meta messaging tools to answer your questions and follow up on your inquiries. By contacting us through these channels you agree to receive replies and related messages from us there. Your use of these platforms is also subject to the terms and policies of Meta Platforms, Inc. You can stop receiving messages at any time by replying "STOP" or by asking us to remove your contact.

Messages sent through these channels are not a substitute for a formal booking: a trip is confirmed only as described above.

Intellectual property

The content of the website, including texts, photographs, maps, logos and design, belongs to Beyond BA or to its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for your personal, non-commercial use only.

Third-party links and services

The website may contain links to third-party sites and services (for example maps, review platforms or booking tools). We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Beyond BA is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of the website or of our messaging channels, nor for interruptions, errors or omissions in them. Our liability in connection with a trip is governed by the conditions of the corresponding booking.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any dispute arising from them will be submitted to the ordinary courts of the City of Buenos Aires, unless a mandatory rule of your country of residence provides otherwise.
